1. St. Louis Rams- Sam Bradford QB Oklahoma- The Rams need a QB more then anything, and Bradford is worth the 1st pick. I've been an advocate of taking Suh here, but I've been convinced Bradford is the right pick, you just can not keep passing on top QB's when you don't have one.
2. Detroit Lions- Ndamukong Suh DT Nebraska- Jim Schwartz knows the value
of a dominant defensive tackle, and Suh is just that. He is the best player in the draft, and could be the best defensive player in football in his prime. He is the most well rounded DT I've ever seen, and his awareness is incredible.3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Gerald McCoy DT Oklahoma- Ever since the days of Warren Sapp, the Bucs have lacked an imposing presence on the
defensive line. McCoy is considered by some the best player in the draft, and his ability to penetrate should give the Bucs D some much needed big play ability.4. Washington Redskins- Russell Okung OT Oklahoma State- After addin
g Donovan McNabb, the Skins need someone to protect him.Okung is athletic enough to play on the left side, but his best attribute is his nastiness and physicality in the run game. He is a very safe pick, and will have a positive impact right away.5. Kansas City Chiefs- Eric Berry S Tennessee- The Chiefs need a play
maker on the defensive side of the ball. Berry is a ball hawking safety, who can also help in the run game. He has the biggest upside of any player in the draft, and it is definitely not worth passing on to over draft one of the remaining OTs.6. Seattle Seahawks- Trent Williams OT Oklahoma- Now that Walter Jones has
retired, the Seahawks need a LT. Williams is very athletic, a good pass protector, and solid in the run game. His awareness has been questioned, but it is coach able. May have the most upside of the tackles this year.7. Cleveland Browns- Derrick Morgan ER Georgia Tech- As the leag
ue gets more and more pass happy, the value of edge rushers will go up. Morgan is the best all around rusher in this draft, and he is very polished. The Browns traded their sack leader from last year, so this should be a slam dunk.8. Oakland Raiders- Jason Pierre-Paul ER South Florida- We all know th
e Raiders love freak athletes. Pierre-Paul fits this profile and fills a postilion of need after the release of Greg Ellis. JPP is really raw, but has rare explosiveness and athleticism off the edge. You would have liked him to be more productive in college, but this is the Raiders.9. Buffalo Bills- Brian Bulaga OT Iowa- The Bills desperately need a Q
B, and Jimmy Clausen should be the pick, but I think they want Tebow in round 2. So, they turn their attention to LT. Bulaga is a solid pass protector and a great run blocker, but I think he's more of a RT because he has stiff hips, which hampers his ability to mirror.10. Jacksonville Jaguars- Joe Hadden CB Florida- Jacksonville needs to rebu
ild their defense, so expect them to take the best defender available. Haden is tough, has great ball skills, and plays faster then he times. In a division with Reggie Wayne and Andre Johnson, you are going to have trouble if you lack a shut down corner, so Haden makes perfect sense.
11. Denver Broncos- from Chicago- Dez Bryant WR Oklahoma State- The Broncos and Brandon Marshall have finally parted ways, and that leaves the Broncos O lacking in play makers. Bryant would be a great fit. He has the size, hands, and explosion to be a dominant receiver, and replace Marshall.
12. Miami Dolphins- Dan Williams DT Tennessee- After addressing their bigges
t need by trading for Brandon Marshall, the Dolphins will look to improve their front 7 on defense. Williams makes perfect sense, since he has the ideal size and skill set to be a nose tackle in a 3-4 defense, and the Dolphins don't have anything close to a starter there.
13. San Francisco 49ers- Earl Thomas S Texas- The 49ers are on the verge of contending. The offense is there, they just need some help in the defensive backfield after finishing 21st against the pass last year. Thomas has tremendous ability in coverage, and is a ball hawk you can leave alone and l
et cover the whole field.14. Seattle Seahawks- from Denver- C.J. Spiller RB Clemson-Pete Carroll has said he wants to restore the running game in Seattle. After drafting an OT with their first pick, they will look for the home run hitter they have been lacking, in Spiller. Spiller can catch, return kicks, and can score from anywhere on the field.
15. New York Giants- Rolando McClain MLB Alabama- After rel
easing Antonio Pierce, the Giants have a gaping hole in the middle of their defense. They will need to plug in a MLB who can cover the whole field in the passing game, in their new Tampa 2 scheme. McClain is tremendous in coverage and a perfect fit for this D.16. Tennessee Titans- Brandon Graham ER Michigan- Tennessee dose not have an impact pass rusher on their defense, so it's almost assured they will take o

fensive line has been pushed around the last two years., so look for them to take either Pouncey or Iupati here. I think they take Pouncey because so many AFC contenders run a 34. Pouncey is powerful and technically sound, and should be capable of handling nose tackles.19. Atlanta Falcons- Sergio Kindle OLB Texas-The Falcons need an
upgrade at outside linebacker, as well as their pass rush. Kindle can fill both roles. He played DE this past season at Texas, but he is more of a blitzer then a pure pass rusher. He does have experience at linebacker, so he will probably be a SAM in the NFL.20. Houston Texans- Kyle Wilson CB Boise State- With the loss of Dante Robinson, an already
poor secondary took a huge hit. There are no starting caliber corners on the Texans roster, so expect them to take one here. Wilson is a tad short, but is physical, fast, and adept in press coverage.21. Cincinnati Bengals- Jermaine Gresham TE Oklahoma-The Bengals once high powered offense seemed punch less at times this year. They h
ad no one who could stretch the middle of the field, and with Carson Palmer having arm troubles, it would be wise of them to add a top TE. Gresham has freakish athleticism for some one his size, and can run after the catch like I've never seen from a TE.22. N
ew England Patriots- Everette Griffin ER USC-New England needs to address their front 7 early and often during the draft. They'll start by taking a pass rusher. Griffin combines great size with athletic ability, and comes from a top program, but I think he is a little overrated because he is an underachiever.23. Green Bay Packers- Charles Brown OT USC- Aaron Rodgers w
as sacked a league high 51 times last year. Obviously, you don't want your star QB on his back that often. Brown is very athletic, and sound in his pass pro., and has a good frame to boot. The major knock on his game is his point of attack run blocking, but in the pass heavy West Cost offense, that won't be as big of a problem.24. Philadelphia Eagles- Mike Iupati OG Idaho- The Eagles are in quasi rebuilding mode after trading Donovan McNabb. Jamal Jackson is coming off knee s
urgery, and Shawn Andrews was released, so interior o-line is a huge need. Iupati is an absolute mauler, and has huge upside. I think he will be a multiple time pro bowler.25. Baltimore Ravens- Devin McCourty CB Rutgers-The Ravens have had a problem at CB for a couple of years, and I think they
will address the problem early on this year, and take McCourtey. McCourtey is very fluid, athletic, and fast. He can keep up with any reciver in the league, and contribute on coverage units and as a returner.26. Arizona Cardinals- Sean Weatherspoon ILB Missouri-The loss of Karlos Dansby leaves the Cardinals in need of a play maker and leader inside. Weather
spoon is an athletic player and a solid tackler. He gets rave reviews for his personality, and that should help 
him become the leader of the Cardinals defense.27. Dallas Cowboys- Demaryius Thomas WR Georgia Tech- The Cowboys needs do not match up with their draft position, so they will take some one for 2011 if they stay at 27. Thomas possess great size, run after catch ability, and is a vertical threat. He has a ton of potential, but is extremely raw as a route runner after playing in an option offense where he only ran flys and rockets.

n Diego Chargers- Ryan Mathews RB Fresno State- With the departure of LaDainian Tomlinson, the cupboard is bare at running back in San Diego. Matthews has great vision, can run inside or turn the corner, and is a good pass protector. San Diego needs to run the ball again to be a championship team.29. New York Jets- Jerry Hughes ER TCU- The Jets have had a nic
e off season thus far, addressing most of their needs, but they still are in need of a pass rusher (even though they just signed Jason Taylor) . Hughes is perfect for a 3-4 team, as he is a really good speed rusher, but a non factor against the run.30. Minnesota Vikings- Kareem Jackson CB Alabama- The Vikings don't have any major needs for the first round, but they could get younger at corner. Jackson is
a physical corner who is adept at knocking receivers off their routes at the line of scrimmage. May be a tad slower then you would like. He's a good fit for a cover 2 team.31. Indianapolis Colts- Rodger Saffold OT Indiana- After the Super Bowl loss to the Saints, team President Bill Polian unfairly placed com
plete blame on the offensive line, and if there's one familiar thing in the Colts draft strategy, it's they will do everything to help Peyton Manning. So they will almost assuredly take an o-lineman. Saffold is very mobile, and moves great, but I think he's a bit too short (height and arm wise)to be a LT.32. New Orleans Saints- Jared Odrick DT Penn State- New Orleans ranked 21st against the run last year, and struggled to stop the run in the playoffs as well. Some help will be needed in this area, and Odrick could be a fit. Odrick is very quick
